Applied research and overcoming scientific barriers
Ro-HydroHub focuses on addressing the challenges that hinder the large-scale adoption of green hydrogen by exploring new technical solutions.

The Ro-HydroHub project aims to accelerate the transition towards an energy system based on hydrogen and advanced technologies. It will establish a national reference platform for the development, testing and integration of hydrogen production, storage, distribution and utilization technologies, while supporting the dissemination and transfer of results to industry and emerging markets.
Ro-HydroHub focuses on addressing the challenges that hinder the large-scale adoption of green hydrogen by exploring new technical solutions.
The project will develop and integrate advanced electrolysis technologies (PEM) and auxiliary systems that enable the connection between renewable energy sources and hydrogen production.
Ro-HydroHub will facilitate the development of specific components and technologies (MEA, bipolar plates) and support the integration of these systems into cogeneration and heavy transport applications.
By emphasizing applied research and strategic partnerships, the project will contribute to the development of a start-up ecosystem and the attraction of private capital.
Creating opportunities for participation in European and international projects, as well as involving foreign researchers in research teams to strengthen human expertise.
