ICSI Rm. Vâlcea launches the call for the selection of an SME partner within the Ro-HydroHub project
The National Research and Development Institute for Cryogenic and Isotopic Technologies – ICSI Rm. Vâlcea invites eligible small and medium-sized enterprises to express their interest in participating, as a partner, in the implementation of the project “The Romanian Hydrogen and New Energy Technologies Hub – Ro-HydroHub”.
The project is financed through the Smart Growth, Digitalization and Financial Instruments Programme 2021–2027 (POCIDIF), Priority 4 – Development of strategic technologies for Europe – STEP.
Purpose of the call
Through this call, one SME partner from the more developed București–Ilfov region will be selected to carry out technology transfer activities related to hybrid propulsion systems based on fuel cells and batteries.
The eligibility conditions, evaluation criteria, available budget and the complete list of required documents are set out in the documents available below.
Deadline
The complete application must be submitted by 1 October 2026, 15:00.
Applications received after this deadline will not be considered.
Submission method
The complete application may be submitted electronically at hub.hydrogen@icsi.ro, or physically, by direct delivery to the ICSI Secretariat or by post/courier, to the address INC-DTCI ICSI Rm. Vâlcea, Strada Uzinei no. 4, postal code 240050.
For electronic submission, documents requiring endorsement must be signed electronically or submitted as scans after signing.
For physical submission, the application must be received and registered at the ICSI Secretariat by the deadline. The date of dispatch by post or courier does not replace the date of registration at ICSI.
ICSI may subsequently request the presentation of original documents if this is necessary to verify or finalize the selection procedure. The submitted documents must be complete and comply with all the requirements set out in the call.
